La Paz is high - and the only way we could cope with the altitude sickness was to drink coca tea - and gat high again. Strange.

Clive > We toured the section of the city where all the stores rented costumes for parades. This was the end of the Mardi Gras period, so they were all open. People were returning their costumes.
