  • Next morning was foggy and damp. Our wake up call was 6 am for an early morning excursion.

    Next morning was foggy and damp. Our wake up call was 6 am for an early morning excursion.

  • We had spent the night tied up at the Sto. Domingo Ranger Station. The sight of the antennae sent me running for my cell phone to see if I could pick up a GPRS connection to the net to get online and see the primary results. I could not. We asked our guide about the primary results. He wanted to know who the Republican was - Hilary or Obama. He could not see why we would have an election fought between two members of the same party, extended over several months. Good question!
